Mod-Wall Stainless Steel Modular Walls for Labs are Easy to Specify, Order, and Install

Inter Dyne Systems is pleased to introduce Mod-Wall stainless steel panels for labs. The revolutionary design simplifies the specification, ordering, and onsite assembly processes for universities and other labs.

“Until now, if a lab wanted a modular wall unit, they’d have to order a custom design that would take longer to build and erect,” said Jack Andree, president of Inter Dyne Systems. “After building many of these custom units, we looked at all the factors involved and came up with a better, simpler solution to meet this industry need. Mod-Wall panels are easier to build, thereby eliminating long wait times, and are easier for the user to install and dismantle.”

Mod-Wall features an easily removable rear side panel system for access to equipment and fixtures. Panels don’t exceed 44” widths, making them manageable on the job site and easier to set in place.

“Mod-Wall panels offer labs the ultimate flexibility,” said Andree. “They’re designed to separate spaces in areas where a temporary wall is the best option for meeting future space needs. They’re also ideal for providing a visual and noise barrier for industrial equipment like autoclaves, creating a more pleasant work environment.”

Mod-Wall panels are available in multiple sizes, layouts, and service door configurations, as well as window, vent, handle, and equipment cutout options. Access doors feature locking lever handles and bolt action. Mod-Wall panels are manufactured of type 304 stainless steel with a number 4 finish on all exposed surfaces. Insulation between the outer finished wall and the inner removable wall aids in noise reduction.

Stainless steel hardware for making attachments is supplied. Panel sections attach to each other with pre-placed 0.281″ installation holes through each 2″ stud support. Five or six installation holes are pre-located evenly, depending on the height of the wall. Vision windows and door vents are available options.

Inter Dyne designs and manufactures a complete line of innovative pegboards, shelving, work surfaces, casework, and canopy hoods to outfit any lab. The company’s industry-leading laboratory furnishings are backed by exceptional service, quality, and delivery.
